Prominence Security's concierge division provides friendly, smiling front desk personnel to ensure that you, the property manager or business owner, can meet all of your management, resident, and security expectations. Concierges are almost always the face of your business, the very first person that everyone interacts with - from residents, to guests, to visitors and vendors. Concierges are an excellent mixed of security presence and building ambassador. Our concierges are trained to augment your in-house personnel, free up your staff for other projects, and to help put the best foot forward for anyone coming into your building!

Who Are Concierges?

Concierges are not uniformed security officers, in that they are not trained or equipped in that manner. Concierges are customer service staff, but they are a member of a property's overall security presence. Concierges act as the ever-vigilant eyes and ears of a building and its management, and make sure that everyone who comes and goes is greeted and interacted with. This ensures that residents and visitors feel respected and noticed, and anyone who wants to sneak in is also noticed, and this deters a lot of underhanded activity.

What Can a Prominence Concierge Do?

Our concierges will fulfill a host of duties that will make your building a great place to live, including:

Monitoring the front desk and lobby area
Greeting all residents, visitors, vendors
Signing in packages, as well as distributing them, based on building policy
Answering telephones, taking messages, and routing calls as appropriate
Liaising with site-security personnel in the event of incidents and emergencies
Providing reports and emails based on situations to provide property notification
Handing out and logging parking passes, as appropriate
Overseeing the scheduling of any amenity time, if there is a sign out or scheduling log

Our concierges are one piece of an overall security solution for your property. We can provide concierge personnel independently, or as part a larger security-solution for your building, including Site Security Officers, and Mobile Patrol/Emergency Response Officers.

For some properties, hiring prominence to provide concierge staff is also part of establishing a patrol presence, which allows an on-call security person to respond in the event of any incidents or emergencies.
