Throughout his law enforcement career, Richard Sease held numerous positions with advanced responsibility, to include training and development, investigations supervisor, and command staff. He oversees the day-to-day activities of the company relevant to Human Resources, and Professional Development. He holds a Criminal Justice Degree,
Bob Probeyahn spent over two decades in service to the Baltimore City Police, where he held various positions and responsibilities, to include coveted roles such as SWAT commander. Bob's career with BPD included partnership assignments with other local, state and Federal agencies, including the September 11th Rescue and Recovery efforts at the World Trade Center attack site. Following BPD, Bob led a successful business management career before joining Prominence Security.
